Excellent Corrosion Resistance

Titanium tubes find widespread use in the aerospace industry for hydraulic systems, including in landing gear, doors and wing flaps.

The most common grade for titanium tubes is Grade 9, also known as 3.0Al-2.5V.


Grade 9 titanium tubes are manufactured to many specifications, including AMS 4943, AMS 4944, AMS 4945, AMS 4946, ABS5004 and DMS2241. We also offer commercially pure Grade 2 titanium tubes to ASTM B338 or AMS 4942.

Tube Sizes

Our titanium tube range mainly caters for smaller sizes due to use in hydraulics applications. We stock titanium tubes from as small as 3mm OD x 0.5mm wall. However, we also offer larger titanium tubes up to around 2” (50mm) diameter in Grade 9.
